Amber is the Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Lowercarbon Capital, where she keeps operations running smoothly in the foggy city of SF.
Before joining Lowercarbon, Amber led global office operations across four different companies in North America. She built and scaled workplace experience initiatives that improved productivity and made the office feel like a community, not just a workspace. Alongside her operations leadership, she has produced off-sites and large-scale conferences that brought together hundreds of people, balancing all the logistics, personalities, and details that make these gatherings both seamless and memorable.
Amber’s approach combines strategy with warmth: she is as comfortable setting up scalable systems as she is making sure a team feels supported and seen. She thrives in fast-paced environments, having supported executives and organizations ranging from unicorn start-ups to global conglomerates.
Originally from Hawaii, Amber has made San Francisco her home away from home, surrounded by childhood friends who also migrated to the Bay. Outside of work, she can be found camping and exploring the outdoors with her five-year-old son, indulging her love of travel, and trying to take film photos that aren’t too overexposed. As a former theatre performer, she brings a touch of stage presence and the ability to stay calm under pressure to everything she does.
